Me and my Husband were only there for one night but everything about our stay was brilliant.staff were very helpful and polite, room was clean and had everything we needed,the pool area was exelant we spent about an hour in there something for everyone's needs at breakfast.we will deffinately use Radison Hotels again .

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff. Great location and plentiful parking. The pool is not great for kids in all honesty, it is mainly grown ups swimming lengths who glare at you even if you stay out of their way. But perhaps we did not choose the most optimal time. The gym is great and the leisure centre staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was a river view upgraded room that was very spacious. Breakfast was fabulous with a large variety of options available and always being replenished. They seemed a little understaffed as the hotel was exceptionally busy as it was the Miners Gala weekend and many attendees were staying at the hotel. There was even a brass band playing which was tremendous.
