I wanted to add an extra night last minute and the staff were so helpful to keep us in the same room. We also went into the restaurant to play darts and the staff had great service as the board was away and they were very quick to move things around and change things so we were able to play!

We stayed here as was visiting family We needed accommodation that accepted dogs and they very much welcome dogs. Very clean. Had Sunday dinner which was amazing. Breakfast was a bit of let down. There was an unfortunate boiler breakdown during my stay but the staff responded professionally and very helpfully. As usual, room and bathroom were brilliantly clean and the restaurant served its usual excellent food, including an impressive choice at breakfast. I will be using this hotel as is usual for my future visits to Durham.
