My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The room was cozy and cute. We loved our robes after our nice hot showers. The staff was extraordinary. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby as well as the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The location couldn't be beat. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel.
