The room was ok, the floor was cracked in the bathroom and there wasn't much ventilation. Wouldn't recommend for someone sensitive to mold, but otherwise it was fine. We booked a pet-friendly room, but was put in a non-pet room, then found out after the fact there's a pet-fee wasn't apparent on the original booking.

The room was perfectly adequate. The manager was very knowledgeable of things around Durango and made our trips out into the historic town and surrounding areas interesting. The laundry lady was also a very pleasant and helpful person.
