We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed 4 nights while skiing Purgatory. The front desk staff were super helpful, the rooms were great (however they don’t have ovens like listed online), the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was impressive for a complimentary buffet breakfast.

Front desk Staff was friendly & helpful. Room and bed was comfy. Pillows could have been better. Breakfast was just ok. Our first morning female breakfast attendant wasn’t friendly or helpful at all & food was not even hot or warm. She did close off & put fresh food out for the employees at 9:30 though. 2nd morning male attendant was slightly better but again food was just ok. Definitely had better at other Homewood locations. On top of all this, we specifically booked this hotel for the evening social on NYE but the GM Kurt decided to let the employees off that night so there was no social and no notice except a last minute note on our door. So basically the employees were more important than his paying guests. Kinda like the breakfast situation. Extremely disappointed in this stay at Homewood suites to the point I’m not sure we will book a Homewood suites again & prior to this stay that was our hotel of choice always.

I’m tired of paying high prices and not getting good quality. First issue was not getting bed configuration we asked for. My husband and son slept on a sofa bed (not the same-manager said they were. BS). Also they didn’t do housekeeping on new years but we paid more for the room. Ugh!!!! This used to be our favorite spot in Durango.
