It is at a walkable distance from downtown Durango. The room does not match the pictures, they are in an average condition. Staff is helpful and friendly. Stay here if you are passing by

Not bad, not rad! Everything was find for our stay. the Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast didn't have much choice, but it was free! What else can I expect for a last minute budget booking? Spend the night, not a fortune!

Our biggest concern was the lack of insulation between rooms - we could hear the TV next door. Plus a neighboring room had loud voices and a crying baby until 2 am. Parking lot small and crowded.

Room was clean except for mold on the bathtub area. The hotel is located in a run down area. Dog “park” was poor (just dirt and weeds) and the lighting was not working. The building condition was poor.

Check-in was accurate and fast, property was well tended, the room/bathroom was clean as possible and well lighted. Traffic noise quieted after 10 PM. One downside was how long it took for hot water to arrive at sink and shower. Would stay again on next visit to Durango.

The rooms are dark, dated, and without airflow. Because we were staying in October, the only option was to use heating, but not A/C. Thankfully, there was a fan in the closet to keep us cool at night. The bed was comfy and the shower water pressure was strong. Nice location.

The cost was fairly good. The room had been updated but the bathroom still needed work. The bed was pretty creaky. Being right off a busy road, the traffic was pretty loud first thing in the morning. Breakfast was minimal. Its a very adequate hotel for the price.
