The bedroom on the main level offers a new king bed, dresser and full bath. There is a washer/dryer on this level as well. Upstairs features the master bedroom with king bed, bird cage armoire for your clothes, private full bath and balcony. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The loft has a twin bed that shares the full bathroom on the second floor. This unit has fiber optic internet, new wood floors in main living area and a newly added water filtration system.

We had a great time at our stay. The host was very helpful and efficient. The condo had plenty of amenities and was quite cozy. It would have been a little more convenient if the lock didn’t need a key but overall we would stay again. Thank you!

Family ski trip

We had a great stay at the condo for our four night ski trip. Plenty of room for us and our two teenage kids. They had the upstairs bedrooms to themselves, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was such a great bonus. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with everything one could ever need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed the fireplace, and plenty of wood to use downstairs. Beds were super comfortable, and after a day of skiing, we all slept well. Couple things to be aware of.... there is NO phone service really anywhere on the property, so if you need to make a call, you'll need to go elsewhere. This wasn't really a problem for us, but having a land line would have been very helpful. There are virtually zero food options locally available after the ski resort closes. You have to go into Silverton or Durango, and even then, without a reservation, it's a huge wait. We ended up going to the grocery store and making our meals at the condo, which was fine. Just know there's really nothing to eat close by after 4pm. Only other thing I'd add is that it would be nice to have a deadbolt lock on the door that goes outside to the covered parking level. We didn't have any problems, but it seems a small fix to add a great deal of security. Just my opinion. All in all, an excellent stay for a ski trip, very close to the mountain, and would definitely stay again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
