This townhome is truly one of Durango’s finest addresses and makes a perfect launching pad for all of your adventures and for relaxing during downtime. Our 2 BR, 2.5 bath townhome offers high-end modern finishes in a location unparalleled in Durango for its walkability to the Animas river trail and historic downtown. The residence has an open great room, generous outdoor living space including a private roof deck, and exceptional proximity to the river trail. It even offers central AC for hot summer days and a gas fireplace for cooler nights.

One of the home's standout features is its private rooftop deck—a wonderful place to start the morning with coffee, relax in the afternoon, or unwind at the end of the day while taking in the mountain views. Additional outdoor living space on the main level patio gives you even more room to enjoy Durango's beautiful setting and, if you choose, to grill on the Weber gas grill and eat outdoors.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests. The Primary Bedroom features a King-size bed and private ensuite bathroom while the Second Bedroom features two queen-size beds (queen-over-queen bunk bed) and a dedicated workspace (desk).
The living area features a great room with comfortable seating; the open layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making the main floor a natural gathering place for family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from preparing a quick breakfast before heading out for the day to enjoying dinner together at home after a day of exploring the area. The open layout keeps the cook connected to the rest of the group rather than separated from the living space.

The home also offers Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and two assigned spaces in the shared underground garage.

Check in with smart lock and enjoy exclusive access to the entire townhome, including the roof deck and main level patio, during your stay.

LOCATION:
One of the best things about this home is how easy it is to enjoy Durango and the surrounding area. You can easily explore much of downtown Durango without a car. The Animas River Trail is nearby and provides a scenic route for walking and biking, and downtown shops, restaurants, parks, and many attractions are within an easy walk. If you do have a car, you'll appreciate the ability to explore additional surrounding areas with the convenience of the two assigned underground parking spaces.

THE TRAIN:
The historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is also part of the unique downtown experience. Please note that because the railroad is adjacent to the property, you will occasionally hear and see the train. Enjoy waving to passengers from the roof deck and lower patio as the train passes by—and see your home base from the train if you choose to book a ride!

The entire townhome, including the roof deck and main level patio, is available exclusively for guest use. The underground parking garage is a shared space used by owners and guests of all 4 townhomes. Guest stays include 2 assigned underground parking spaces (9' x 18') -- max 2 vehicles. Recommend vehicles be less than 7 feet tall to ensure ample clearance in garage. Please ensure your vehicles will fit as there is no other onsite parking.

Excellent location! Just a stones throw from the Animas River trail and easy access to downtown and getting out and about in the area. Everyone was super comfortable in the house. Bonus that the Durango/Silverton train passes just out the back deck. Be sure to wave!

Great space in a great location!

This vacation rental is hands down one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the property was amazing, super clean, easy walkable access to downtown area, and even has a view of the Animas River. We will absolutely be staying here again for our ski trip next year!

Family trip to Durango

Location is great! Close to the river trail, restaurants etc. There are two decks and both are a lovely way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place in the perfect location

Really enjoyed our quick trip to Durango and this spot was a highlight. The condo was perfect for our family of four to enjoy the downtown area, the Animas, river trail, and the rooftop deck was perfection for stargazing and solar eclipse viewing. Thanks for a great weekend and will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Beautiful weekend in Durango

We really enjoyed the condo and especially the prime location. Everything was clean and worked. I was a bit concerned about the proximity to the railroad tracks but it wasn't an issue--very few trains and none at night

Beautiful property in great location!!!

We loved everything about this property and our 3 nights in Durango! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The parking was great and we loved sitting on the decks and watching the train go by. Beautiful sunsets too! We biked, hiked, went to Mesa Verde and walked to town every day. If we ever return to Durango, we would definitely stay here again!

This has been our 3rd year coming to Durango for spring break, and this has been by far the best place we’ve stayed at. Close to shopping and dining and had a great view of the Animas River and mountains. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. It looked exactly like the pictures on line and everything was stocked like the description said. Lisa and her team were quick to respond when we had questions, which was awesome. Definitely will be coming back to stay.

Fantastic stay in a great location

We came for the busy Iron Horse weekend in Durango. We were shocked that such a beautiful place was still available! The pictures were gorgeous but in person, the space is even better. Walkable to town and the train is literally in the backyard! Andre was extremely available for all questions and we were appreciative of his help leading into and during the trip.
