Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo (La Plata Loft - 206 College) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue

The condo was furnished with high end furnishings and the pull out sofa is from American Leather Sleeper, which is the most comfortable pull out sofa on the market.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (2nd Floor)
Main Living Space - King Pull Out Sofa (Main Floor)

The front door to the condo is on the 2nd level so stairs are required from the the street entrance.

This condo is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

We loved the area of the condo. It was quiet ,for the most part. Close to everything that we wanted to do. We had multiple vehicles, so being aboe to park cliae by was nice. This property has everything g you need and is perfect for walking to everything. Host is excellent with communication and there was nothing we had to ask for or question with the stay. Perfect house for a family or single. If you have a larger vehicle like we do(Chevy 3500 long bed) parking is a little tight just know that but we made it work, other than this everything with the property is excellent!! Will recommend and will rebook when we go back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location. Just a short block and a half walk away from Main St. The neighborhood is quiet and the locals are very friendly. We saw deer our daily walks with the dogs. Check in was a bit confusing as there is a door into the entrance, which the code was not listed in chek in. I did send a text and got a quick text back with the info. Front door to the house was unlocked upon our arrival so it felt a little nervous walking in. Check out with the code was a bit difficult, and I'm not sure if I did it right. Overall great place and great host! Love tgat it is a pet friendly place.
