Enjoy true Ski-in/ski-out access at ElkPoint Unit 4, a spacious end-unit townhome at Purgatory Resort. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and room for up to 14 guests, it's ideal for families vacationing together.

LOCATION
Step directly onto the slopes beside the Graduate Lift, approximately 100 steps to the Purgatory Express Lift and 400 feet from the Purgatory Lodge and Village.

ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy a full-size multi-game foosball, shuffleboard and a dedicated chess/checkers table. Two 85-inch smart TVs, bedroom TVs and multiple gathering spaces give everyone room to relax.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Three King bedrooms, including two with private bathrooms and balconies.
- Bunk/game room with queen-over-queen bunks, private bathroom and slopeside patio.
- Upstairs loft with a full size Murphy bed.
- Two twin rollaways accommodate additional guests.

We brought our entire family here. It comfortably fit our 4 married couples, 2 teenagers and 3 grand babies. We had the best stay! Check in and out was so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very well stocked The house was very clean. I loved the more natural approach they had to cleaning supplies, including laundry soaps, dishwashing detergent, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The location was perfect for our activities. Easy walk to the purgatory gym and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd year to stay in this beautiful townhome! While we love the layout, the amenities and the views, the communication is over the top! We had an issue with the Keurig not working, and the owner immediately responded and had a new one delivered to us! We plan to be back again next year!

Great ski trip location!

This townhome was outstanding. We had plenty of space for our three family groups that stayed. The location was amazing and the space was very comfortable. We’re already making plans to try and book it again for next ski season.

Beautiful place!

We loved this place! It had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean the location was unbeatable. The adults could help gear up the kids and then send them out to the bunny hill while they waited for us to gear up. Would absolutely stay again!

Location, location, location. That should be enough; but, this home was well equipped, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. The views are an added bonus. For a true Ski-in/Ski-out...it can’t be beat.

Fantastic Ski in / Ski out 3 story townhouse on Purgatory Mountain.

This location is awesome! The Townhouse is beautiful! We love spring time skiing at Purgatory! Julie the host responded to my many questions promptly and was extremely helpful! We have been coming to Purgatory for over 10 years.
