This upscale vacation rental is located on a private 3 acre lot 15min from Durango on a paved road. It is the ideal retreat to return to after a day of site seeing with family and friends.

This beautifully landscaped home has a large, fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The house will sleep 8 people. We offer free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bath plus a queen fold out sleeper sofa in the family room. The entire upper floor is a master suite with a private balcony over looking the yard.

Lake Nighthorse is 10 min away and will open Apr 1st with swimming, boating and fishing. Canoe and kayak available at the lake.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony or patio. House was huge for just 2 couples( originally there was suppose to be 3 couples). There was alot of storage if you are staying lo ger than 4 days. Nice big kitchen if you want to cook. We could of used more towels there was only 2 per bedroom.
