Guest Registration & Identification • Mandatory ID Submission: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport before check-in to comply with local regulations and any guest should pre-submit their ID before arrival ⸻ 🧾 Rental Agreement • Digital Contract Signing: A rental agreement must be signed digitally upon booking confirmation to formalize the reservation process. ⸻ 🧹 Housekeeping Services • Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort. • On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with an extra charge of 10$. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking Policy • Restricted Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
