The room was very cold and fresh towels looked grubby, however when mentioned to the staff aboit how cold the room was the came up with a blow heater which made it more comfortable. I will stay at the hotel.

The Guy who checked us is was lovely, welcoming and engaging. The room unfortunately was freezing as the central heating was not functioning properly a fan heater was offered and warmed the room adequately after a while . Parts of the hotel were better than others! The room was tired in areas but location was great for the venue we needed that evening a short Uber ride away.

The staff were very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The problem was there was no heating, it was broken and apparently this happens regularly at this time of year. It was -3 outside. The staff did provide us with a small room blower heater which did the trick. Breakfast was included and was ery nice though.

The Highwayman is the perfect stopover inn when you have a layover in Luton! I enjoyed their pub on site and the proximity to Dunstable town where I found some interesting historic sites. The staff at the inn was most accommodating and helpful.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. They were up front about a heating issue they had, and offered an electric heater which was received within 5 minutes. Room is a decent size, recently decorated/refurbished, featuring a large comfy bed. The hotel itself was easy to get to, easy to park at, and easy to get to Luton airport the next morning. We took opportunity to have dinner in the pub; food very good, reasonably priced, and the staff are simply excellent. We would definitely return here when next travelling from Luton Airport or generally in the area for a night.

Plenty of parking. Restaurant staff excellent at breakfast. Returning at night to the accommodation the corridor was toasty warm unlike our room which was crying out for the heating to be turned on !
