This stargazer dome was such a memorable get-away. We had uncharacteristic cold and wet weather for after Memorial Day, but the stay at the dome was fantastic, nonetheless. Mike did a great job communicating with us about the property and check-in. The place was immaculate, glamping at its best. We had some minor hiccups that were out of the hosts' control (the power went out for the entire area and a brand new microwave was malfunctioning). Mike kept us informed on the power (lasted only a few hours) and had a back-up plan for the microwave (we could have used one from another location on the property). The view from the dome was amazing, even with the clouds. In the day you see nearby hills and mountains. We did get some stars peaking through late at night once, despite all the clouds. There are wildflowers all around the deck. We will be back to get a better view of the night sky, hopefully with more typical weather. What a unique experience. You will love it.
