Plenty of parking, across the road from a lake. Not forgetting this is a very budget hotel, it was clean with new fittings and a comfortable bed. It could have been bigger in every way, but for the money we were very happy. Didn't opt for breakfast and brought a travel kettle for drinks. Pleasantly surprised that room service had cleaned and changed towels as we have spent much more money elsewhere and not had tgis service on a 2 night stay

Luckily just crashed for the night. Mattresses were super stiff, it was hot and stuffy, lights outside are too bright and leak in, other guests up all night and constant smell of smoke from them drifting in, WiFi didn’t work, washroom is far too small for grown men with a shower head that wouldn’t stay upright, bathroom door just wouldn’t close, didn’t provide enough towels, TV was not connected to any kind of channel. Best bit was they never charged me the pay-at-property tax, saving me a little under £2 👍

It must be frustrating for hotel proprietors/owners when people leave bad reviews considering this a budget property.Good points,24 hr reception and free car park.Basic but ridiculously cheap breakfast.Adequate size room for one overnight stay.Warm room and everything was clean.The gentleman on reception in the evening was incredibly polite and the delightful lady in the morning was a credit to the hotel.

A good nights sleep

Slept well on comfortable beds, staff were friendly and helpful, location was easy from ferry port, price was excellent. Hotel is a bit tired and could do with an update, but for the price I cannot complain.

This is a budget hotel, so done expect luxuries it could do with a lick of paint and updating. However it served our needs really well for what we were doing and the location. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. Not the restaurant and grill next door is no longer open but it's nothing to do with this hotel.

Look forward to our next visit!

We spent 7 nights here, very nice, very quiet, lovely, friendly staff. It's a cheap and cheerful way of having a holiday in France! Not even comparable to the TERRIBLE Premier Classe in Saint Pol Sur Mer which we wouldn't stay in again if it was free!
