This beautiful fully furnished lakefront home is an A frame with floor to ceiling windows giving you a full view of Lake Erie. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, finished basement, attached garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, plus a large front patio. There are a tennis court, pickle ball court, basketball court, and playground in the community for your use.
The sunsets are stunning!
Weekly rent is $1800. plus $90 Occupancy tax and a cleaning fee of $140. totaling $2030.
A $250. Security Deposit is due when the Weekly Lease is signed and is refundable after departure and inspection for any damage.
References required. No smoking and no pets!
