This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is a shared bathroom, and as an American that was strange to me, but it was a private one and well maintained, with toiletries provided. My bedroom had a sink which was also useful. It's <10 minutes walking to the train station which is also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage with them after checkout

Stayed for 3 days at Queensferry Guest House, Rosyth (Edinburgh) and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. Special thanks to the receptionist and the owner Mr. Zorain — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Made the stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Was not the room we expected when booking, on arrival we were greeted taken to our room and was asked to give a good review then closed the door on us. The bed was very small uncomfortable, no mirror in the room apart from the bathroom one. Tv very temperamental and hardly worked. Room was clean but the bathroom was very dirty with dust, previous visitors shaven hair, toilet brush disgusting, couldn’t use the “shampoo/body wash” as it had a horrible odour and the fixed unit on the wall was brown and had soap scum all over it. One cup in the room, no spoons and the kettle was very dirty inside.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Edinburgh, good transport links and near to a tesco. Very friendly welcome, clean and comfortable. Free parking and a continental breakfast.

This was a one night stay. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The room was quite small but that was ok with us. It was close to a train stop making it easy to get to the airport. The breakfast was minimal.
