Ideally situated for a stay prior to flying from Edinburgh airport. Quiet location with easy and ample parking. Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was modern, clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable with lovely clean white linen. Lovely en-suite bathroom with plentiful bath linen. Great value for money with breakfast included.

Breakfast was nice. There are only a handful of options but I was very happy to see a vegetarian pastry! Front desk staff was very pleasant and was readily available to help with any questions. My only suggestion would be to add an airport shuttle to make things even smoother for international customers.

We used the hotel as a base and used the close by ferrytoll park and ride to get in to Edinburgh, about a 30-40 bus ride. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat hear so can't comment on that but I would recommend ear plugs as the walls are a wee bit thin.

Doesn't look much from the outside but lovely inside comfortable bed and clean modern room, our room window was broken at the top so very cold draft but cranked up the heating and it was fine. Shower was cold, and breakfast was served to late for us leaving and no staff to be seen unless you phone them, but for the money it was fine for what we needed.
