Good hotel

Hotel was very good but would like variety of eggs for breakfast. Also checking in was very slow and £50 for breakages we never knew about and we came back to hotel at 11.20 on a Saturday night and the bar was closed

We were really pleased with our accommodation and staff were very helpful and kind. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, nice linens, wonderful bath with nice products. Having the kitchenette is very handy and we loved the variety of choices at breakfast. We used the gym which was had enough variety for a good workout. We walked to the museums, galleries and restaurants easily.

Very welcoming, clean and tidy rooms, some nice touches on the social evenings and a nice restaurant and bar attached. Only thing to note is parking was a little chaotic but I managed to get parked both nights.

Stayed here several times and highly recommended for those looking to take their dogs with them So dog friendly and so close to everything Breakfast is great and again this part of the IHG Hotel allows dogs along at breakfast time If in Dundee give it a try you will get a good surprise

Excellent, well proportioned room with very comfortable bed, good bathroom with first-rate shower, and well equipped kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was also very good (although the quality of coffee could be improved). We found free overnight parking at the East Port car park about 50m from the hotel.

The property is a former industrial building. They did a fantastic job converting to a hotel. Awesome - very unique. The room was larger than most - with room for a small kitchen and sitting area. The onsite dinning room was very good food and service. Check in was great as well. The only downside is the surrounding area. Not a lot of walkable shopping or dinning. I would still stay here again if we came back to Dindee

The front staff were fabulous. We opted not to have housekeeping butt we were able to get fresh towels as we needed them as well as garbage bags. The full breakfast was great as were the breakfast staff. The bed was firm but the pillows were all hard except for one very thin one I was able to bunch up. We used room service which was a tad pricey with an extra 5 pound charge for the tray. As far as room amenities it was pretty bare. No pen or writing paper. I was able to get a shower cap at the front desk. Also, weirdly there was only one small roll of toilet paper so we had to ask housekeeping who gave us one more only each time we asked. We were there 10 days. Overall a good place to stay. By the way there is a Marks &Spencer very close by which we only found the night before we left. This is key as all units have a kitchenette.
