By far the worst experience I've had at an accommodation after traveling to 30+ countries. I was never sent the check-in instructions. Not in the junk folder either. As I was arriving at night, there was nobody there to help. I called the off-hours emergency line and was answered by a man who appeared to be based in a completely different region and could not help with check-in. Seeing no other option, I checked into a different property for the night. When I came back the next day, I was assisted by the very kind man from maintenance. But the room I was assigned was under construction. I came into the room to see appliances in the middle of the room and sawdust everywhere. With the help of the maintenance worker, was able to reach the property management and get a new room reassigned and finish my stay. The room itself is fine, but the cleanliness could be improved. The laundry room was very messy. Overall, not worth the trouble at all. If you book here, know that you are on your own entirely outside of office hours. I would not recommend this accommodation.
