Coffee machine did not work.....Was asked for a deposit at reception when I arrived although room was paid.....At breakfast there was no plates , so asked for one and was given a very small size one.....The receptionist came and asked for the breakfast bill to be paid when I was still eating , she said she had a lot of admin duties..... ( ??? ), so will not come back

The rooms require some T L C your room was cold but when asked the staff to look at the heating they supplid heater that was fine. Brekfast was poor and only one member of staff serving. I have tried meny hotels in dundee and this one come bottom would not book an other stay.

DUNDEE INDIGO - 4 Rooms booked for Christmas works night out. The hotel room and initial check in were both excellent, the breakfast, at an additional cost for the 4 rooms booked wasn’t! Total lack of food at the buffet, supposed to be a stand by service, we were handed a menu on arrival at the restaurant to choose our freshly cooked to order breakfast but we never got approached by the 2 staff on service so had to wait along with the other guests for the odd half cooked offerings that eventually came out of the kitchen to the buffet. After speaking with a manager who had no answers to why this was happening agreed and offered a refund for the cost of breakfast. This booking was through Expedia so we were told that he would have to consult with Expedia to issue a refund and now 1 week down the line I am still waiting for an email from Indigo.

The 2 faults that needed attention were after a night of heavy rain. Window was letting water in. The sink in the bathroom was dripping from the pipe underneath. Both were fixed quickly & professionally. Staff were excellent. Will be back.

Great stay and lovely staff! Room a wee bit tired with some flaking paint and questionable plaster on bathroom ceiling and room key system was down meaning staff had to come with us every time wanted back to room. That said, staff all super helpful and lovely
