There wasn't any disposable slippers, any disposable toothbrushes. When i called the front desk they said they don't have any disposable slippers and if i want to get a disposable toothbrush I would have to pay for it and I would have to come to the front desk to get it. When i accepted to pay for one the guy said that no one can come and bring it to my room. To be honest the room wasn't that great as well. I hated the headboard on the bed, some sort of cold blue plastic thing...

Our room stank of urine. My husband asked for our room to be changed before we went out but nobody phoned him back like they said they would. Had to get moved rooms at 1am in the morning when came back from night out at friends. We had 2 young children. Couldn’t accommodate our family room so had to get 2 seperate rooms.
