A 1902 icehouse on five historic acres in the Dundee Hills, where winter ice once kept a farmstead’s meat cold all summer. Today it’s a boutique guesthouse: a king bedroom, a living room around a cozy fireplace, a large modern bathroom and a mini-kitchen (no stove; countertop convection oven and microwave), all styled in Pendleton wool and rodeo-era nostalgia. Step outside to your own private BBQ, the estate’s three shared fire pits and vineyard sunsets. Pour a glass and stay awhile.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker.
