The shower had minor mildew accumulation, other than that, the room was spotless. The service was excellent with the minor exception that the Breakfast service was unable to deliver due to weather. Perfect location for the activities we were intown for, with great eatery options at a walking distance.

I didn't like that there were lots of bugs in the room. When told the front desk they said its the season for the bugs and will send someone to clean. No one ever came to clean. The next day no one came to clean the room also.

Staff was ok. The problem we had was with the towels (laundry). Sometimes they didn’t smell clean and you couldn’t use them or there was other peoples hair in the towels so you couldn’t use them. It was gross and I’ve never experienced that before. I would not stay there again!

The breakfast was good but more breakfast variety would have made it better, the bathroom was not clean well, I had purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, and towels didn't look or smell fresh. beds where comfortable, ice machine and drink machine didn't work on the floor I was on. Staff was nice, I asked for late check out and was happy to get it.
