Slow check in, no luggage carts, crazy people in the lobby, scratched furniture, sub standard showers, no laundry bags. Not worth $170. Breakfast was disgusting, all 3 coffee pots empty, no milk, stale bagels, no fruit. Will never go back. And holding on to my deposit for 5 days. No acceptable.

Rude scary and the worst experience of my life

We had car trouble called the hotel to let them know we’d be very late and ended up not arriving until 12:30 am. We were told it was fine. We went to check in and the man at the front seat told us our credit card was declined. It didn’t make sense because I PREPAID and had a receipt to prove it. He told us there was nothing he could do other than to charge another card. I refused. We asked for a manager multiple times. We asked for someone to complain to and we were told we could wait there for two days until the manager was back to work. I asked him to explain exactly what was happening and he said that he couldn’t tell me. I called hotels.com. They assured me it was paid and told be they would refund my money which they did immediately. I asked if it was a problem on my part and hotels.com said it was the hotels issue. I got my stuff back from the guy behind the desk. He told me that the hotels.com representative mad two major errors. And I would regret it. So he’s now threatening us. We asked for his first and last name. He told us and he tells us that he won’t tell us and that we could read his name tag. Its Urman. We asked for his last name and he refused. We have no idea why he did this to us. Our ideas include he rented the room even tho it was already paid for and couldn’t admit his error or he was planning on stealing our credit card. He had no credit card number since I prepaid online. We’re shaking scared dead tired. it’s 2am and we have to find a hotel.

The hotel was really nice. Even letting me get a room even though im 20. The room was nice except for the curtain on the window. It held a inch gap that let sunlight through and kept waking me up. Breakfast was okay. Food was good but the juice machine didnt work.

Misa, young lady at the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful. She got us checked in quickly and answered all are questions. Guided us to nearby restaurants. Hotel itself was very clean. Location was perfect. Less than 20 mins from the FBI Academy. Many restaurants and retail stores/shopping plaza nearby.

Convenient location. Super friendly staff. Fast check in. Rooms & hotel were outdated, yet clean and comfortable. The cleaning solution used in hallways has a nauseating smell. Pillows, bedding was Great. Breakfast was OK. Kids loved it because they have sugary cereals & waffles. Coffee was really bad both days. Pool is not heated, but the pool room is warm. Hot tub was excellent.

I like the property as an average, but phones in my room did not work at all. Homeless people in that area will follow you so please be careful off the premises. A 'lot of police are in that area.
