Unfortunately, this beautiful home has been poorly maintained and cleaned. The bathrooms were very dirty, stains in the sinks and toilet bowls. Water stains on the walls. Grime/mold, hair and dirt everywhere. Many issues are poorly repaired and or left unaddressed. The kitchen also lacked a good deep clean, the fridge smelled of fish. We were a party of 8 adults. Not sure where 12 people would sleep? Upon arrival there were only 3 full (not queen beds). We had to request an additional bed which sits in the middle of the living room making it no longer a gathering area. We had to request enough bedding and towels for everyone. Beds only had a sheet, we requested blankets and they were never delivered. The Livingroom has no curtains or blinds and in the day the room gets very warm. The A/C unit struggled, the room temp exceeded 32 C mid-day.The pool and the lot were actually well maintained and nice. We were in the house for 6 nights and we were very disappointed in the house. If we had known the condition of the house we would never have booked here.
