The space
The "Shoreline" house is designed to offer a unique living experience, highlighted by its prime riverfront location and breathtaking unobstructed views of the sunrise and river. The architecture and layout of the house are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the natural light that floods the interior each morning. Large windows and open spaces create a seamless connection between the indoors and the beautiful outdoor scenery, allowing residents to enjoy the tranquil views of the river and the sky as dawn breaks.

The property features a well-designed two-story home with a heated two-car garage. The main floor includes two bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed, a modern kitchen, a large dining room, a laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Accessibility is prioritized with a convenient wheelchair ramp available upon request.

The basement offers additional family room space, including two bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, a shared bathroom, and a sauna for relaxation. The large family room is furnished with 2 pull-out couches, a designated play area for children located under the stairs, and a walk-out patio, providing a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

A wonderful place for our group of 7 adults. More than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, places to park, places to sit around the table, etc. Comfy beds, cute amenities in the house, enough items in the kitchen to cook a big meal, and a great location... everything you would need in a rental. The management company was super friendly and communicative as well!

Nice place to stay

Most aspects of this property are excellent, as expected based on pictures and price. Check-in was easy. The kitchen is well equipped, but we had issues with the disposal tripping a breaker repeatedly and the dishwasher being a challenge to run. Either printed or online access to information on these appliances and their quirks would be helpful. In addition, based on the cost of our stay, I would have expected everything to be top quality. A picky thing, but an important detail: the tissues were poor quality and uncomfortable to use. One other little detail is that each bedroom should have a small wastebasket. Overall though, a lovely property in a beautiful natural setting with views of the river and wildlife.

Good location, good space, good access to Duluth

Check in was easy, the door was a little tricky to unlock but I got it in a few tries. The space was big and open and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The yard space was nice and being right between the river and spirit mountain is pretty awesome. There’s a neighborhood market just up the street so good access to quick snacks. It was a great time and a very new home that had everything we could have wanted!

Great property, very clean, kitchen and laundry room etc very well stocked.The hosts were excellent at communicating.The location was perfect for our group. Some were day hiking sections of the superior Hiking trail, some birding, and little kids happy! Great weather and no bugs!We loved it.
