This property offered a very convenient location for what we intended to do on this trip. We wanted to visit downtown Duluth, the Canal Park area, the Aquarium and the Lake Superior RR Museum. Staff was competent. The parking was sketchy. The bed was good, pillows were fair, temperature control was satisfactory. Coffee was available in the lobby and was good; breakfast was not available. Overall, the property is ready for a facelift, but it was satisfactory.
