Hot tub broken and apparently has been for a while now(maybe they should take out having a hot tub in hotel description) sauna not hot, restaurant had very poor service We would not have booked knowing the hot tub was down

Hotel was clean but very run down…elevator buttons don’t light up anymore, ceilings in room had severe water damage, water on bathroom floor coming from somewhere behind shower wall, electric outlets by headboards worn so nothing stayed plugged in which was detrimental for my husbands c-pap machine, and ordered wings and mini corn dogs at bar, after 45 minutes inquired about them and was told it would be another 20 minutes because they had been busy and had new cooks! Very disappointing stay.

It is an old Hotel that needs updating. All the light fixtures were covered in a thick layer of dust. Walls are thin so we were forced to listen to the neighbor kid crying early in the morning and a large group of people saying the longest and loudest MN goodbye. Unfortunately because of this we could not enjoy a quiet relaxing morning we were hoping for.

Great location for getting to Bentleyville. We were disappointed that the whirlpool was not available. Nothing was mentioned upon check in. We went up to the restaurant for drinks on two separate occasions. It has a spectacular view; however, it was a bit confusing on how service worked. The QR code experience was not convenient. On the first occasion we ended up ordering through a server. She was pleasant and attentive. The second occasion we ordered but had to wait awhile. When we asked someone about getting our drinks and were told that it would probably be best to just go to the bar and get them since it was late and the bar server was the only one on. Parking and check out process was good.
