It was madness. Lots of kids, wagons, family, noise, waiting in lines.They should have a line for people who already registered. Confusing with parking lots, and rooms, having to cross parking lot to another elevator to take to our room. You have loss customers.

Never a good time to go to pool. It was always packed and heavy smell of chlorine up to my hotel room door. Loved my view. Walking distance to all the fun spots in town.

Had a great experience with Abby at the front desk! Room was clean and bed was comfy!! Parking garage was nice too!! 13 minute walk to canal park area too! Only thing that’d make it 5 stars is if it had continental breakfast :)
