Bathroom looked uncleaned- no towels, toilet had residue and dirt, bathtub had hairs in the tub and on the wall, shampoo dried on the wall. Beds were clean though and quite comfortable. Room was hot and couldn’t adjust the temperature even when I turned the thermostat off. At 3am, disturbances and yelling from occupants from the room next to mine began. Yelling, screaming, loud banging, By 320am I finally call front desk to notify. At 345 I went down because nothing was done and it was still going on. Finally police were called. Stay was not great.
