Straightforward nice sized clean room, everything worked, everything was clean. Didn't need or want anything fancy, so this was comfortable and just right. Coffee was available 24/7, ample parking. Main entrance could be better lit.

Our bathroom sink was plugged the entire stay, the tile in the bathroom was falling off, which seemed unsafe to me. Asked for an additional pillow they were unable to provide that doors entering the building are extremely dirty. The gal at the front desk had a good attitude and was friendly.

Air conditioning did not work and they initially did not want to change our room with over 90 degree temperature and smoke from Canada. The first room was quite dirty and smelled bad. The second room was much better
