Very close to everything we wanted to see. I was glad we could park right behind the house. The backyard area is a nice private hangout space. It was convenient to have spices in the kitchen.

Great weekend getaway

My family of 6 stayed for 2 nights at this charming house. The owner stayed in the basement the first night, and we enjoyed getting to know a little more about her and the area. Definitely would stay again.

I loved everything except the beds. The mattresses felt flimsy and had a scary lack of edge support. Like, if you try to sit on the side of the bed, you might fall off if you don't expect it. I ended up sleeping on the couch the second night, which was decent by comparison. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. Cute house, homey decor, very well-stocked kitchen, nice shower, a/c in the bedrooms, awesome location, no hassle check in or out.Higher quality mattresses would make this a 5 star stay.Still highly recommended.

Great location. It felt very homey and had a lot of extras in the kitchen that would have been great if we would have stayed longer. We didn’t realize the owner lived downstairs, though that wasn’t really an issue; just unexpected. Overall a great stay.

Relaxing stay!

Really enjoyed staying in this historic property! Close access to everything. Could get pretty much everywhere on foot or a short drive. Great time of year to be up on the Shore as well! Prompt communications with the host throughout our stay.

Cozy home with a great location for many Duluth attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Would have been a tight fit for sleeping arrangements for six, but with only three, it was comfy. Kind and communicative host.

Cute, clean, & comfy home

Without construction, the location of the house is very accessible. The house itself had so much charm and character, very clean and quiet too. I'm looking forward to returning for a longer stay!
