We had a good trip. Very close to skiing at Spirit mountain. Also the hotel is updated. However, when I called the # on the web it brought me to reservations. I thought I was speaking a the hotel. I asked about a hot tub and he said yep they had one. I told him that the add didn’t say that and he said yes they do. They DO NOT have a hot tub. Also, that add said best buffet, hot breakfast around. It was NOT. It was your typical continental brkfst. All of this was fine. Staff was nice. Parking was trash king with some of the parking lot covered with ice. Needed 4DR to get out. The 4 stars are for those reasons. Otherworldly se, great place for the $$. We would stay again if needed!

The listing on Expedia DOES mention "no elevators".....but it is only something you can find after the fact when looking through to see if we were warned.....it's not like it is readily shared information.. This seems VERY deceptive. We traveled with a handicapped individual that was not able to get breakfast due to inability to use stairs. In looking through the negative reviews in the past, it appears that people bring this up, but the hotel doesn't seem to care and just states "we'll bring this up to management". I don't expect you to go out overnight and install elevators....but it is unethical to make it so difficult to find the note regarding elevators. It should be more broadly advertised that the hotel is not handicap accessible.

Room was dirty. Stain on second bed comforter. Dining area for breakfast was far to small. Roo. Keys for entire hotel were deactivated at 8am so anyone who went down for breakfast had to get new keys which cause huge lines.
