The room was a bit to warm without possibilities to affect it. The breakfast buffet was above avereage. A little more vegetables would be lovely and maybe pancakes. Parking is to expensive 10 Euroes pr. night would be right price.

Air conditioning didn't work in our room. It was 30+ degrees outside, so the room was really hot. Staff gave us different answers, like "We can set it from here, if you go to the room it will be better within an hour" "It's broken in all the rooms, there's nothing we can do" "Here's my manager's number if you wish to complain" None of these actually helped. We were not offered a new room, or even a fan or portable AC. Nothing. When checking out a man handled our checkout. He was very service minded and did all he could to compensate. Nothing could be done about the warm night, but he did what was in his power and that was appreciated. We had the same problem with the AC in another Premier Inn, in Lubeck, but there we were offered to switch rooms.

Sauberes Zimmer. Leise Klima, die (meistens) funktioniert. Hilfsbereites personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Leider wurde mein Paket nicht angenommen und es gab ein Problem mit der Klima im ersten Zimmer, habe dann aber schnell ein anderes bekommen ohne Probleme.

Zimmer war sauber. Leider kein Safe im Zimmer. Lüftung im Zimmer 102 defekt, oder nicht vorhanden. Die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aus dem Badezimmer konnte nicht weichen und dadurch wurde die Bettwäsche und Textilien im Koffer klamm. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Keine riesige Auswahl aber absolut ausreichend.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer ,1 Zimmer war beim Betreten noch vom Vorgänger benutzt und nicht gereinigt,dieses Problem wurde von der Rezeption sofort behoben.die Badezimmertuer wurde beim Bau des 3 Monate alten Hotel falsch montiert und klemmte stark.da ie Hotelzimmer wurden teilweise zusammengefuscht um pünktlich zu eroeffnen
