Wir hatten 2 Zimmer ,1 Zimmer war beim Betreten noch vom Vorgänger benutzt und nicht gereinigt,dieses Problem wurde von der Rezeption sofort behoben.die Badezimmertuer wurde beim Bau des 3 Monate alten Hotel falsch montiert und klemmte stark.da ie Hotelzimmer wurden teilweise zusammengefuscht um pünktlich zu eroeffnen

Helaas deed de airco het niet zo snel als gehoopt. Het was 25 graden en met 4 personen op een kamer zonder ramen die open konden was dit niet fijn. Personeel en kamer verder ruim voldoende.

メッセまで地下鉄(大半は路面電車)で一本でいけるのに、デュッセルドルフ市内のホテルよりは格安でありがたい。清掃もリクエストのみとあったが、リクエストせずとも毎日してくれていた。

Hotellet er helt nyt, og fint og til en fantastisk pris, men de kunne godt ansætte noget personale der havde mere tid til deres kunder og ikke gloede på telefon og deres negle hele tiden. Vigtig detalje, husk at betale for parkering ved receptionen, vi troede at der var en automat, som der plejer at være, og måtte vende bilen fra en stejl rampe, mens flere holdt i kø, det var ikke fedt, og personalet fortæller intet.
