Great villa with great service!

The property is exactly how described online. The villa was clean and in complete working order. Do be prepared, however, if you don't have a car to Uber to your destinations (besides a corner shop which was fully stocked with food and wine). Stjepan was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome and answered our many questions about the area/what to do/where to go. I would recommend this property to any large group traveling together that wants a spacious villa with a stunning view and private pool.

Nice stay in Dugi Rat

We were 12 persons staying in the house for one week. The house was clean and nice, and Stjepan was a very helpful host when we arrived and during our stay.

The location was very good – close to the mountains and the sea. The villa was a good deal with a fair price–quality ratio. We did have some problems with the drainage on the first floor, which smelled badly after the rain. But overall, it was okay. The villa had everything we wanted.However, for people with disabilities, it is not a good option, as the villa is on a steep slope.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette villa, nous Ă©tions un groupe d'amies et la villa Ă©tait trĂšs adaptĂ©e.La villa possĂšde une piscine (mais non chauffĂ©e), du wifi, des places de parking, une terrasse avec un barbecue. Elle est composĂ©e de 3 Ă©tages avec 3 salles de bains et 3 cuisines entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©es chacune. La villa Ă©tait trĂšs propre. La vue est splendide, l'endroit est calme, sans vis-Ă -vis et sans bruit hormis quelques chĂšvres.Nous avons eu Ă©normĂ©ment de mal Ă  trouver la villa malgrĂ© le GPS, je pense que l'accueil dans la villa est la seule chose qui pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. La villa se trouve dans une rue montante avec beaucoup de rues adjacentes. Faites donc attention car ce n'est pas la bonne adresse qui est donnĂ©.La villa est donc situĂ©e haut dans la ville (descente de 10-15min Ă  pied pour rejoindre la grand route), je recommande donc d'avoir une voiture. Elle se situe Ă  15min Ă  pied d'une jolie plage et d'une petite pizzeria. Pour les courses, il y a des magasins aux alentours Ă  10-20min en voiture. La villa est situĂ©e Ă  30 min (50min si embouteillages) du centre ville de Split.Je recommande vivement cette villa avec une vue INCROYABLE sur la mer, la montagne et de magnifiques coucher de soleil. A Perfect Croatian Getaway: Stunning Home with Pool and Easy Beach Access

We had the most amazing time at this holiday home in Croatia! The house itself was perfect – clean and with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was a highlight; we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. One of the best parts was the short 8-minute walk to the beach. It was incredibly convenient to have such easy access to the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The location was ideal – close enough to local shops and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, this was one of the best holiday experiences we've had. The combination of the beautiful house, the private pool, and the proximity to the beach made it a truly special getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Underbar vecka!

Vi var 14 ungdomar och vuxna som bodde i huset. Allt var toppen! Rymligt och rent. JÀttefin uteplats med grill dÀr vi kunde Àta och umgÄs hela gÀnget. Fick bra hjÀlp av den trevliga vÀrden vid ev frÄgor. Huset ligger fint uppe pÄ höjden med helt fantastiskt vacker utsikt, men det Àr en rejÀl backe att ta sig uppför, sÄ bil Àr att rekommendera!

Very friendly and helpful host. The house works well for 2 families who traveled together with a total of 11 prs. There is a lack of sunbeds by the pool when there are so many, also a little at the bottom with accessories in the kitchen when there are more than 6 prs. is up a steep hill, but you can both drive and walk up it

Maison trÚs agréable

Großes Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die vielen Katzen in der Umgebung, die zu Besuch kamen. Der Vermieter gab sich sehr viel MĂŒhe, damit es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht.

Tolles Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, gerĂ€umig und bietet mit der Aufteilung der drei Wohnungen auf drei Stockwerke auch genĂŒgend Raum fĂŒr große Reisegruppen. Die Einrichtung, die Aussenanlagen und das Haus selbst sind recht neu, insbesondere der Grillplatz. Dieser bietet einen großen Grill, eine ĂŒberdachte AußenkĂŒche mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und wurde vom Vermieter alle drei Tage gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bietet stets seine Hilfe an. SpĂŒlmaschinentabs und Waschmittel waren ebenso vorhanden wie Toilettenpapier, was nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand war sehr schön. Insgesamt kann man das Haus nur sehr positiv bewerten.
