Hallo Leider sind wir unzufrieden da die Fotos bei Ihnen nicht der Realität entsprechen. Wir haben 17Nächte für viel Geld gebucht,da erwartet man auch etwas dafür. Sauberkeit beim Empfang 20% Sämtliches Inventar beschädigt Geschirr nicht komplett Klima nur in der Küche nicht akzeptabel bei 35 Grad täglich gibt zwar Ventilator zur Verfügung aber das bringt nicht viel. Bezüglich der Waschmaschine sollten Sie eine Änderung vornehmen da es nur eine Waschmaschine für alle gib und die steht außen in stark verschmutzten Hof neben verdreckter Toilette 🫣 Falls Sie Fotos benötigen alles vorhanden Daher ist der Preis was wir bezahlt haben nicht angemessen und ich kann nach dem Aufenthalt keine gute Bewertung an Belvilla abgeben Mit freundlichen Gruß Herr Glagla
