Ich bin mit meinem dreijährigen Sohn am 27.Dezember angereist zu dem gebuchten Ferienhaus, dessen Reservierungsbestätigung und Abbuchung am 06.12. erhalten haben. Trotz mehrfachen Anschreibens und Anrufen konnte ich den Vermieter vorher nicht erreichen.Als ich ankam um 17.00 Uhr bekam ich dann vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass er die Buchung storniert wurde und nicht verbindlich war.Fe-Wo direkt hat mich telefonisch versucht zu unterstützen. Aber in der Hauptreisezeit gibt es halt auch keine Alternativen. Sehr traurige Erfahrung.Den Vermieter kann überhaupt nicht empfehlen.
