Three-bedroom villa in the heart of the island, with a pool and a Creole garden

Our 2 Villas (F3 and F2) are hidden in the countryside of Ducos, in the heart of Martinique.
Their setting is peaceful and green, well ventilated.
You are therefore in a quiet area less than 15 minutes from the first beaches and Fort de France, and 10 minutes from the airport.
A central location, ideal for exploring and discovering the island, or relaxing by the pool.

These are 2 independent Villas, overlooking a communal pool and garden.

Villa F3, ideally designed for 4 people, includes:
- Equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, toaster, filter coffee maker, etc.)
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 140*90 beds, flat screen TV each.
- Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer.
- Living room with sofa bed and coffee table.
- Terrace with teak table and chairs, Hammock, barbecue.
- Wifi available free of charge.
- Laundry room with washing machine and iron.
- Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) and changed once a week on request.
- Childcare equipment on request (cot, booster seat).
- Loan of mask and snorkel on request.

The swimming pool is surrounded by an imitation wood beach, and equipped with deckchairs, garden armchairs and outdoor shower.
An inflatable spa for 3 people is available next to the pool, and common to the 2 villas.
Dwarf coconut palm, soursop tree, Indian wood, lemongrass, cinnamon tree, sugar cane, banana tree make up, among others, our Creole garden.

The site is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (wheelchair).
The private parking can accommodate up to 5 cars.

Quelques rafraîchissements à faire

Le débit de la douche est à revoir. Le manque de rideau de douche rend la salle de bain impraticable après une douche, l’eau s’écoule jusqu’à la pièce principale avec un carrelage glissant qui devient dangereux quand on est handicapée. La télé d’une des chambre sera à remplacer pour avoir du son qui soit acceptable. La piscine est superbe un vrai havre de paix. Se garer dans l’enceinte du logement est appréciable. C’est un bel endroit qui mérite d’être mieux entretenu pour être parfait.

Très beau séjour

Vacances très agréable au milieu de la nature . Logement fidèle au descriptif avec une très jolie piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs au besoins et souhaits des vacanciers. Le séjour a été si agréable que nous prévoyons un nouveau séjour pour Décembre. Eric

Excellent endroit pour des vacances detentes

Bel endroit dans la verdure, avec une piscine qui a fait le bonheur des grands et des petits. Merci à Bérengère pour sa disponibilité et sa confiance. Le F3 est très bien agencé et bien équipé rien à redire. Pas de tv car panne mais pas gênant y a tellement mieux à faire ! Et pour ceux qui ne peuvent se passer de leur téléphone on capte 4g et réseau sans problème. Je recommande vivement ce lieu un vrai petit coin de paradis. Stéphanie laurie et Myïa 😊😎

Que demander de plus ?

Propriété idéalement située pour rayonner partout dans l'île. Située au calme et loin de toute agitation nocturne, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Environment idéal

Nous avons séjourné avec 3 enfants de 3, 6 et 9 ans. La piscine a été très appréciée. David et Bérengère sont très accueillants et de bon conseil Le logement est entre Ducos et Saint-Esprit, assez central pour rayonner en Martinique. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Trés belle villa

Trés jolie villa type créole avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Nous étions en famille avec nos deux enfants qui ont adoré la superbe piscine. Merci aux propriétaires notamment pour les savons laissés à disposition !

N hésitez pas !!!!!

Superbe villa (F3), conforme à l' annonce. L'endroit est calme, la piscine est très sympa..nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec notre fille de 5 ans. Situé au milieu de l'île, c'est idéal pour aller la visiter. Notre plus belle surprise : l'accueil des propriétaires ! Ils sont adorables.

Vacances inoubliable !! (kuchta)

Que dire de ces vacances! que du bonheur et quel accueil de bérengere et david avec qui nous avons passé d'excellent moment de quoi être complètement immergé dans la culture local. On peux également souligner le calme qui règne autour de la villa avec ses coco à notre disposition tous les matins ou après un ti-punch (grâce à david ) mais aussi des commerces et des snacks à 2 kms pratique quand on revient d'une ballade ( poulets, ribs, ... pour 10 euros). Enfin pour finir nous vous conseillons ce logement en toute période car situé au centre il permet de visiter toute l'île car vous êtes au plus loin à 40 min d'une extrémité à l'autre. Bonne vacances

SUPER VACANCES

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans un coin tranquille. Bérangère et David nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Le bungalow était très propre et bien équipé. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.
