The yard has plenty of space to play among the trees with a fenced in area for pets. After a day exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, or Cedar Breaks, unwind by the pellet stove or soak in the surrounding quiet forest views.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, open living space with wood accents, cozy furnishings, and natural light. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meals and game nights easy. Before you set off:
1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762).
2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms.
Once snow arrives:
• Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended.
• Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay.
• Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly.
Keep in mind:
• Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly.
• While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe.
