I guess this place is perfectbfor relaxing, it has a beatifull sea view, 9 min walking distance to a lot of restaurants, you can use the local bus to go to Dubrovnik and other nearby towns. The place has gym, laundry room, small cafeteria and grocery store is 2 min walk. Definitely coming back, it was the most peacefully place. If you really want to relax this is the right place.

It was a great experience. Good location, near everything you need, only 30 minutes from Dubrovnik, 15-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. They are very helpful and friendly . Highly recommended.

I needed a place near the airport for my last day in Croatia. This lovely studio with kitchenette was absolutely perfect. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the waterfront in Cavtat which is lovely with quaint shops and plenty of great restaurants. The gelato is amazing!

Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t quite reach upstairs at bedtime, so was very grateful for the fan which we plugged in. Lovely quiet spot, sea view and great parking. Property is very well kept and we felt really welcome, would stay here again. Hot tub was a great addition and we used it on a cooler day.

The property is very neat and clean. There's been an effort to think of rvery detail. For example pool towels are provided as well as reading material, maps, coffee machine with delicious lattee. Id recommend highly.

These apartments had it all. We booked it because it was near Dubrovnik Airport. After we got there we realized Cavtat has something to offer. It’s a beautiful little town walkable from the apartments. The rooms are pretty much sound proof and can be blacked out. Check in was easy and helpful. There is a store just across the street.

Everything was accessible, bus stop short walk to Dubrovnik worked well (except for 1 day where it was over full coming back. Accommodation was fantastic and worked well for us. Owners were great and really helpful when needed. Restaurant ‘by the way’ was great if you didn’t want to venture further into town.

Everything was good except our room the bed was upstairs and the air conditioning was not good for upstairs ( bedroom ) downstairs with the kitchen was super cold but bedroom was hot even they had fan in bedroom

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Villa Lukas. The villa is in a great spot right above town (just a 10-15 walk). Luka was very kind and accommodating and the property itself is impressive. The pool was incredibly relaxing and our room was very clean and spacious. We only wish we had more time here!

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, nice fitness room and swimming pool. Only coffee and drinks offered for charge (should have milk for tea drinkers), but pizzeria and restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent service

Have stayed here twice now and both times service and helpfulness is excellent. To get into cavtat you go down a steep hill but we are retired and didnt have any problem walking back in an evening
