Apartment is situated in a very quite and green area near the river Ombla and sea. In a small and peaceful village Rožat only 10 minute drive from the Old City Dubrovnik, with a view on Dubrovnik ACI Marina and Rijeka Dubrovačka bay.

Dubrovnik ACI Marina is just a 10 minutes walking. Few restaurants and grocery store are in a 100 meters from the house. Parking is in a front of building. Bus station to Old town is just a two minute walking.

Beautiful area just outside the busy, actually TOO BUSY city center of Dubrovnik, on its western entrance in a Fjord-called Rijeka Dubrovačka which is historically known for leisure, summer living and is famous for renaissance summer residences.

Would like to meet all our guests and we are personally present on your coming or leaving our apartments. We will be full at your disposal.

Very nice journey in Dubrovnik

Paulina is a very nice person who gave us many heplful information. I fully recommand this accomodation, very nice and accurate for a 4-people family.
