The room was small but nice. We were in room 7 which is 34 stairs up from the reception area - just a warning if carrying alot of luggage. Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond. Great location in the Old Town.

The location of this property is excellent for seeing the Old Town sights. The kitchen is minimal, could use a few more cooking items; but in this location it is exceptional to have a kitchenette at all! The housekeeper does an excellent job, and was very helpful.

Cozy room on third floor (no elevator so travel light!), room was bright and clean with coffee/tea and a mini fridge, quiet area but near to core district. Not sure if any staff is usually on-site, communication was by email Shower was unfortunately broken and drain clogged so that was frustrating. I did report it and they said it would be repaired the next morning but I was already leaving. Not sure if / why not the previous guest reported it...
