It's situated close to Old Town (going down several flights of stairs) so that's good. The AC in both bedrooms stopped working before midnight. (Troubleshooted everything, nothing worked.)This was the last night before a 9a flight, terrible sleep. I asked what we could do to make this situation right. The host referred me to Expedia after asking why I didn't contact them so they could get a contractor out THAT late at night to fix it (before a 6a wake up).

Close to old town you have your choice of a long steep climb up the street back to the apartment or start walking close to the water and then climb many steps which we chose to climb. Small market at the bottom of all the steps. Upgraded features such as floor, windows. Fairly clean, except for cobwebs and spiders in ceiling corners. Lack of washcloths, tissues, trash cans. Washing machine with ineffective spin cycle difficult to dry clothes. Mini split air conditioning in three rooms. Can see the Adriatic and part of the old town from the apartment.
