Location was literally steps from the old city wall entrance. Very quiet three room “hotel”. The proprietor was responsive and truly helpful. The “City view” that was described on this site wasn’t quite accurate but I have no complaints. Given how crowded the city is, it was nice to have a very quiet and very nice and spacious room. Highly recommend for someone who doesn’t need a full service hotel

Our one night stay at Stayeva 11 was delightful and added a refreshing time to recharge our motors after a busy cycling holiday. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating with regards to staying a little longer, storing luggage. We felt like we were with family. A mere few steps allowed us access to the walk on the wall, and a short walk from the Ploce gates. Our room was very spacious and utterly charming. I highly recommend Stayeva for the weary traveler ! It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls. The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

The property was beautiful and just the right size for our stay. Having a living room area was a great benefit when traveling vs. hotel rooms. Located in Old Town, close to the wall and all the places we wanted to visit; most things in the area are walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated our need to store luggage for a few hours. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Stayeva 11. Our room even had a kitchenette. There is no front desk, but the staff was very responsive and helpful, including great recommendations. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s slightly away from the noise and yet close to everything. I would definitely recommend Stayeva 11 to anyone going to Dubrovnik.
