Are you looking for an affordable place with a beautiful view and a warm welcome? Then my place is the perfect choice for your vacation in beautiful Dubrovnik!
The house is located above the Old Town with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town itself.
Adults-Only Property: To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, this property accommodates adult guests only (18+).
We have 2 private rooms, and this one has one double bed (160x200 cm).
The private room also has a furnished balcony with one of the best views in the city... you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea overlooking the Old Town, the sea and the island of Lokrum.
There is also a private, external bathroom with a shower and toiletries. The room also has a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV that can be connected to the Internet.
You also have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a shared terrace overlooking the sea. Please note that it is shared with only one other room. The kitchen offers everything you may need to prepare the perfect mail such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes.
You also have the option to arrange breakfast, please note that it is not included in the price. If you are interested in organizing breakfast, send me an inquiry and I will make an offer. You can also arrange it directly with us when you arrive, but keep in mind that in this case there will be an additional fee in cash. For breakfast we offer: loaf of bread, jam, butter, omelette, seasonal fruit, tea, coffee.
Since there are many steps to take on your way back, I recommend using a Taxi or Uber unless you are in good shape. Believe me, it's worth a view!

The most attractive part of Dubrovnik is just a few minutes walking distances to the Old City and the Walls.Ploče is and represents the eastern entrance to the Old City with its wooden drawbridge which in history used to be raised at the night for the protection of the city.Most of the luxurious and well-known hotels (Excelsior, Argentina, Villa Dubrovnik) are situated in this area as well as two of the most beautiful beaches: Banje beach and St. Jacob with their spectacular view of the Old City, Walls, and Old Port.Not to forget the famous cable car which can lead you up to hill Srđ to enjoy the panoramic view of Old City, Adriatic Sea, and in the afternoon stunning sunsets. There is also a restaurant up there so you can enjoy your view with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or good Mediterranean cuisine.

Lovely accommodation just outside of the old town of the city. Included joint kitchen, private bathroom with washing machine, and a private balcony overlooking the city. Took some time to get used to the hike up the stairs to the property but it was well worth the view.

Glorious residence!

This place was great! The host was very helpful, and having a washer was a big plus for us. However, keep in mind that getting to and from town involves a hike up a hill. It wasn’t too bad for us, but we definitely avoided making the trip unless it was necessary. So just consider that when booking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et nous en sommes ravies. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, avec une vue absolument magnifique sur toute la ville de Dubrovnik. C’est un vrai plaisir de se réveiller face à un panorama pareil. La chambre était très confortable, propre et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Il vaut largement le prix du séjour. Un grand merci également aux hôtes, qui ont été adorables du début à la fin : toujours souriants, serviables et disponibles. Leur accueil a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Avec ma copine, nous sommes très satisfaites et nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. Pour nous, c’est un 10/10 !

Tolle Aussicht und schönes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Besitzer, durfte mein Motorrad auf seinem Privat Parkplatz abstellen. Kurzer aber steiler Weg in die Altstadt, zurück mit Uber :-)

La vue sur la ville, les remparts, le port et l’île de Lokrum est splendide. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre ville historique mais cependant au calme sur les hauteurs. Flexibilité de l’hôte pour l’arrivée. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner (copieux et avec beaucoup de choix) en supplément pour 15 euros par personne. Rien que pour la vue depuis la terrasse, ça vaut le coup ! Accès à une cuisine commune appréciable également.

비행기 지연 문제로 하루밖에 묵지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 도로 옆이라 우버를 이용해 오가기 아주 퍈했습니다. 올드타운까지는 계단이 있지만 15분이면 이동할 수 있어요. 개별 욕실이 있지만 방과 분리되어 있다는 점은 불편할 수 있습니다. 아주 친절한 매니저가 상주하고 있습니다. 자는동안 베란다에 널어둔 빨래가 모두 날라가버렸는데 문 앞에 개어서 놓아주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!

Een geweldige lokatie, super mooi uitzicht. Aardige host, lekker ontbijt (optioneel). We hebben een week genoten, was top! Van de binnenstad naar het appartement is wel een klimmetje, maar dan zit je ook op een geweldige plek!

Glorious residence!

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aus ist beeindruckend. Die Zimmer selbst sind schlicht, das Badezimmer ist nicht direkt im Raum sondern am Gang - aber ein privates Badezimmer für jedes Zimmer. Der Parkplatz war auch super! In die Stadt sind es zu Fuß maximal 10 Minuten - man muss sich aber darauf einstellen ein paar Höhenmeter zu gehen :-) aus meiner Sicht war es aber kein Problem. Für mich eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
