Some of the staff at the reception desk were not exactly hospitable to some members of our party. 2 couples of our group booked rooms months in advance and one couple booked later. The couple that booked late received an upgrade to a suite. We received a bottle of wine and the others did not. One of the couples received no extra perks and when they inquired about it-one of the receptionist was rude in answering.

Very convenient location. Easily accessible to town. Good location for day trips to Bosnia n Montenegro.. Besides Dubrovnik old town. Hotel service by all staff very excellent, professional and friendly. Feels like home away from home... Dining was excellent..breakfast to room service and hotel frontage lunch. In hotel n nearby. Plenty of choice at breakfast, gorgeous pool area. Nightly entertainment around the pool or outside on the terrace. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean. Lovely view over the harbour from our room. Beautiful location opposite the harbour with several restaurants all along the front with flat walking from the hotel. Male staff were friendly. Female staff were rude :-( Still, I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, walkable to the old town but a long walk. Probably 45 minutes enjoying the amazing views of the ocean and rocky beaches above. The grounds are lovely, amazing pool area, nice breakfast. It’s in front of the marina and bus stop right across the hotel. By bus 10 minutes to the old town

Always a pleasure to stay here.

This was a return visit to this beautiful hotel, (a previous trip in July 2022). It is a quiet and tranquil place to be, with an excellent and varied buffet breakfast, and now offering an excellent, great value, evening dinner buffet as well. The staff are helpful and very efficient, and excursions can be booked at the front desk. Outside, the pool is great too. Would thoroughly recommend

Well situated classic style hotel

Really nice property with outdoor pool located just outside city limits on the marina. Well situated for walking into city or uber to old town. Drogan was a pleasure and very helpful. Reasonably priced. The only odd thing was that there are two towers and we had to work through 3 elevators to get to our balcony room which was disappointing but not an epic issue. Overall I would go back
