Newly renovated small house in the old village of Mokosica, located in the suburbs of Dubrovnik. The house is located in an indigenous Dalmatian village, but still very close to town. The house consists of two identical apartments on the ground floor and on the first floor, has a yard in front of the house where there is a table and chairs for relaxation, two deck chairs and a jacuzzi, hot bath. It is equipped with everything necessary for a longer or shorter stay of tourists. It is located in the center of a small village near the church, 200 till 400 m from the shop, bakery, cafe, supermarket, fruit and vegetable stand, which makes it affordable and also nearby is the local bus station of Dubrovnik. Two parking spaces are provided for guests with a car. The house is equipped with everything for preparing and consuming food, a microwave oven and in the yard in the back of the house there is a grill and barbecue area.
