Was a great stay!! The beach and restaurant down there were first class. The pool area was dominated by children. Not my cup of tea, so didn't spend much time there.

Overall the President hotel is very good, excellent location with pool and beach, and brilliant local bus service into old town. The initial room we were allocated had limited distant sea view which was disappointing, however on request we were shown to another room with a beautiful terrace and view. All staff were very friendly and keen to help. We had lunch several times at the La Mar, with an evening meal, exceptional service from Vlado. Breakfast was excellent every day, apart from our last day where we encountered a negative attitude from one of male serving staff. Every other day we had been served tea by the staff but he told us this was self service and get our own,we heard him being quite unhelpful to other guests too. The hotel lacks atmosphere in the evening, but did have a live band on friday night which we enjoyed. Would probably stay here again because of the location.

Outstanding service and dining in the Momenti restaurant. Staff very friendly & attentive. Terrace and pool areas were so relaxing and again great drinks service. Love the stunning view of the Adriatic and gorgeous sunsets. Coastal path just to the side of hotel, a lovely walk in the morning. Room & bed on V-Level were enormous with lots of storage & again stunning view. We will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the President Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was on another level — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with patios offering beautiful water views that made every morning and evening feel special. The little touches truly set this hotel apart: we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift that included a beach bag, towels, and flip flops — such a nice surprise! Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of delicious options, and happy hour quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. The included airport transfer made our trip stress-free, and the location is just a quick Uber ride from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuinely friendly service. The waiters in particular were super attentive and always had a smile, making every meal feel like a treat. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel at home while also giving you that luxury vacation experience. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to every year!

The property has a superior location on the adriatic taking full advantage of the views throughout the hotel. The balconies are uniquily deep and separated by a natural wall of greenery. We loved seeing the sunsets and watching the ships come into port. The large communal deck was great for drinks, quick bites and entertainment. Pool area was beautiful though too cold. Had what looked like as a great spa wirh lovely indoor pool thpugh we didnt use it. Service was excellent and included breakfast which rivalled the best hotels we have enjoyed in major Eurpoean cities. Best if all was close location to the old city in Dubrovnik. We would definately like to return.

This property boasts one of the best views, absolutely breathtaking. However, the elevator was out of service for a couple of days, which is unusual for a pricey hotel to not be able to respond promptly. The water in both pools is not heated, which is not ideal for children. There’s no kids’ area, and the buffet is small and the food is not very good. You’re paying for the views, not for anything else. The room is spacious, and the cleaning service is superb. However not a 5 star in my opinion.

This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone coming to Dubrovnik that wants a luxurious relaxing experience on the beach with the option to have quick transportation to the old town walls and other areas of Dubrovnik. The views along the coastline are stunning, the beach has many umbrellas and chairs with full service, and the rooms are spacious with a large balcony overlooking the coastline. The breakfast buffet had many options including a fresh omelet station. I haven’t seen many breakfast setups as large as this one with as many options and the food was delicious. All of the service members were polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay here again!

Staff were excellent, extremely kind and helpful. All staff went above and beyond to make our staff exceptional! The entrance to the hotel is outstanding with an incredible view of the sea the minute you walk in. We were greeted extremely well upon our arrival - extreme apologies I’m not sure of the lady’s name. She showed us to our V level room, which was readily prepared with complimentary gifts to celebrate our wedding anniversary and big birthday. She showed us how we select a scent of our choice from our room and we were greeted with a wonderful sea view. This wasn’t an interrupted sea view as there were lots of trees and a view of a car park but the sea view was wonderful all the same. We had breakfast every day where there was a good range of options. The lift from our area of the hotel was slightly temperamental but we only had to travel a couple of floors so wasn’t a problem for us. Whilst there, we had spa treatments which were excellent and used the hotel pool. As part of the V Level package we had use of a cabana, just be mindful this is first come first serve - there are more available around the beach area. Dubrovnik has one sandy beach which requires a ferry trip all other beaches are pebbly. We had a meal in the Momenti restaurant with a 5 course tasting menu and bottle of wine. Our service was excellent from Martin and we had an outstanding sunset view completely to ourselves! Overall an incredible city and hotel stay. Thank you all!❤️ Highly recommend!

Overall a very pleasant experience. Awesome views, no better place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning than their terrace. Lacks some of the detail and abundance I would have expected from a five-star hotel.
