Located directly by the sea in Kaštel Štafilić, Beachfront Villa Ines is a five-star villa combining modern comfort, privacy, and beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with space for 2 additional guests, for a total of 10 guests.

The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation. The property features a private, fully enclosed garden and pool terrace where you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy. Start your day with a coffee in the comfortable outdoor lounge while enjoying the fresh sea air and relaxing surroundings.

On warm summer days, you can cool off in the heated swimming pool or jacuzzi, or take a short walk to the nearby beach. The beach is family-friendly, with a sandy section that is particularly suitable for children.

For those who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining, the villa offers a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a wood/charcoal fireplace grill, sink, ice maker, and refrigerator. The outdoor dining area and barbecue are perfect for spending relaxed evenings with family and friends, preparing local Dalmatian specialties and enjoying a glass of Croatian wine.

Guests can also make the most of the sea with two SUP boards available for use, perfect for exploring the coastline or enjoying a peaceful morning on the Adriatic.

The villa is also an excellent choice for an off-season holiday, thanks to its convenient location close to both Trogir and Split.

Inside, the villa offers a bright and spacious living area with large windows that fill the rooms with natural light. The modern interior creates a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax after a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also feature lovely views of the sea.

The top floor is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is space for up to two additional guests on a sofa bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. This level includes a sauna, fitness equipment, and a social area, as well as access to a spacious terrace. It is an ideal spot for enjoying the sun, relaxing with a drink or admiring the sea and beautiful sunsets.

For some extra entertainment, guests can enjoy table football or PlayStation. Children will have their own playground where they can have fun outdoors.

For guests arriving with an electric vehicle, the villa also provides an ABL EV charging station.

The historic center of Trogir, with its charming streets, restaurants, and bars, is approximately a 10-minute drive from the villa. Split can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The location is ideal for exploring the Dalmatian coast. We highly recommend boat excursions to the islands of Brač and Hvar, as well as trips to the famous Blue Lagoon and Blue Cave. Adventure lovers can enjoy activities such as rafting or zip-lining in the impressive Cetina River canyon.

For a full-day excursion, you can also discover the spectacular Krka Waterfalls or the famous Plitvice Lakes.
