New owners who don't know how to run resort. Had to ask for towels every day but one. The never came and clean room or make beds. After finally getting angry someone finally came to our room on the last night after ^ at night asking if we need towels and room cleaned. We reused since we had gotten towel earlier that day after complaining.

This place used to be great

Room reeked of cleaning product. Air conditioner was noisy. The shower stopped when the one next door was turned on.

I was actually impressed with this motel. I am always leery of a motel. That’s not a chain! But the room was very spacious was clean and was very up-to-date. I would recommend staying here. Of course it’s not like a chain motel. It doesn’t have any amenities such as breakfast But all in all is a really nice motel. The person at the front desk was a foreigner so I had a hard time understanding, which is why I did not give a high rating for check-in. But then again that could just be my issue! He was not overly friendly or polite. Other than that would highly recommend this motel.

Quaint Roadside motel, conveniently located in town. easy walk to dinner and shopping of this nice town of 900. It has decent sized rooms, nice king size bed (in our room). The power went out about 9 am and no one to assist as the office was closed and not reopening til 10. No one there to assist between 10 and 10. the power did return after 20 minutes. its quaint, great location, nice town.

The proprietor sent me a voicemail just before they close at 10 PM. Because I could not arrive in time he fortunately left our key in an envelope taped to the door. That was wonderful. It was also very trusting. The one thing I wanted to say to him, but we left before the 10 AM opening of the office. Was that room 214 drain in the shower does not go down. He needs to fix that. Not cool that water is over my ankles when I take a shower.

For $190 per night and additional $40 per night for a pet we expected a lot more. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for a lot less money. We were told the place was pet friendly but we’re not told of an additional $40 per night fee for our pet until we arrived even though I texted them and told them we were Bringing a pet. The room was in poor repair. Handle on toilet broken off, caulk around tub cracked and disgusting, couldn’t operate coffee pot because cord was too short to plug in unless you wanted to sit it on the floor or balance it on the too small vanity around the sink in the tvery small bathroom.

The property was very well kept up with a laundry and horseshoe game on the property. The hot tub was clean and new but it was no warmer than a Luke warm bath. Definitely not a hot tub. Towels and linens were clean but the cost of the hotel did not justify its services. We paid same price for a hotel in Yellowstone that had better services.

Disappointing stay. Arrived at our room only to find the bathroom had not been cleaned from previous guests! There was toothpaste spit all in and around the sink. I ended up using a towel to just clean it myself and also wiping down the dirty walls. Sink barely drained. Toilet wouldn’t stop running, had to make an effort after every flush to try and make it stop somehow by careful placement of the toilet handle. Shower head had a leak that sprayed water up and out over the shower curtain and onto the floor, creating a puddle on the floor. Speaking of shower curtain, it was stained and dirty! Toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while either, as evident by the ring-around-the-toilet. Just an overall feeling of “yuck” the whole time I was there. Didn’t enjoy it at all. There aren’t many places to stay in this little town, and none of the other hotels looked very nice either. Dubois is in a beautiful area, but I won’t be spending a night in this town ever again.

Disappointed with this stay

This was our 3rd stay at the Stagecoach, and this time the room was disappointing. The battery in the thermostat was dead so we didn't have any AC. The door to the small freezer section of the little frig in the room was broken off, so we couldn't use it for our blue ice cubes. And the bathtub didn't look as clean as I would expect. For the price we paid, I would have expected more. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this motel on our future trips to Yellowstone.
