Excellent value for an upscale stay in the city. In the business district, so you do need to take transportation to get to the attractions in City Centre, but the trade-off is that you get a clean, modern hotel. Check-in was a little rough as staff seemed new and made several errors in assigning our rooms, but that was a minor blip and everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Parking is provided at a reasonable cost (being in the city) , but be aware it is 2 blocks away. All in all, we will keep this on our Favorites list when returning.

Loved this hotel right on the tram line. 5 minutes to city center. Kind and accommodating staff. Beautiful rooms.Loved the mini coffee shop on ground level. Plentiful free jugs of ice water with fruit was a welcomed touch .

The Samuel Hotel is beautiful, clean, really friendly staff, great location, fabulous bar. Highly recommend, nothing was too much trouble. Staff were amazing. Great location by the river and easy access to public transport. Beds are super comfortable. Extremely clean.
